The very bad news is I saw a group o' them Dragonmaw in the process of enslavin' a red dragonspawn.

You have tae take it out. You'll certainly need friends tae do so. Kill the warlocks holding it down first--that ought tae free it. Then put it out of its misery.
None of them will stand in the way of the Wildhammer.
