服务器状态 WoW Forever Beta 挂了吗？

登不进 WoW Forever Beta？先看看服务器是不是在维护：我们实时追踪 Blizzard 的公告，以及一个每两分钟尝试登录一次的游戏客户端。下方是最常见的登录错误与解决方法，接着是历次维护记录。

登录错误

登录 Beta 时可能遇到的错误，以及每一种的处理方法。

  1. Retrieving character listCharacter not found

    10月1日的 30 级更新之后：画面一直卡住，或读取条在快结束时停住并显示“Character not found”，在服务器重新开放后持续了大约一个半小时。

    “We’re aware of and working to address an issue that appears to be preventing testers from logging into the WoW: Forever Beta.” 论坛

    怎么办：Blizzard 处理期间你这边不用做什么：测试者从 UTC 00:30 左右开始就能进入了。如果之后又发生，请关闭游戏，让 Battle.net 应用完成 Beta 的更新，再重新启动。第二天早上测试者就是这样解决的。

  2. You have been disconnected from the server. (BLZ51901016)

    9月17日 Beta 开放的那个晚上，以及9月24日、10月1日和10月8日服务器为了新版本而离线的时候。测试者都在同一时间看到它：问题出在服务器，而不是他们的电脑。10月8日在 Blizzard 宣布服务器恢复后，它又持续了几分钟。

    怎么办：看本页最上方的方框。如果服务器离线，请等待 Blizzard 的消息。如果服务器在线而错误仍在，请重新启动 Battle.net 应用，让它下载新版本。

  3. WOW51900319游戏中断线

    从9月24日的版本到第二天，有些测试者每 10 到 15 分钟就断线一次，还有延迟飙高。

    “We’re tracking server issues that are affecting some Beta testers, and our fix for this will almost certainly result in restarting servers today.” 论坛

    怎么办：你可以马上重新登录。Blizzard 大约一小时后，在9月25日重启服务器并修复了稳定性问题。

  4. No realms available选择普通、PvP 或角色扮演之后

    当 Beta 有新版本而你的游戏还没下载时：测试者在9月28日和10月2日遇到过。

    怎么办：关闭游戏，重新启动 Battle.net 应用让它更新 Beta，然后再登录。

  5. Realm is full断线后的排队

    9月26日和27日，测试者断线后被排进队列，即使服务器还有空位。

    怎么办：Blizzard 已于9月27日修复。

  6. Character with that name already exists重启或移动途中后角色无法登录

    9月21日和22日，服务器重启时正在坐船或读取画面中的测试者，之后就无法再玩那个角色。10月8日更新后这个问题又出现了，影响在矿道地铁、飞行途中、坐船或跨越区域时断线的角色：读取条走满后一直停住，直到游戏断线（WOW51900319），或者游戏提示已有同名角色。账号里的其他角色都能正常登录。

    “When reporting an issue like this, please provide the name of the Beta character that you’re locked out of, and if possible, the exact time you were last successfully playing the character (and got disconnected).” 论坛

    怎么办：现在不用做什么：从10月9日约16:00 UTC起，这些角色就能再玩了，当时一位 Blizzard 开发者以“It was a world server hiccup.”关闭了测试者的错误报告。如果再发生，先用另一个角色登录，再试一次卡住的角色。如果还是不行，请按照 Blizzard 9月的要求，在论坛报告角色名称和你最后一次游玩的时间。

  7. Social features locked仅限澳大利亚测试者

    从10月1日的版本到 Blizzard 在10月3日修复为止，澳大利亚测试者登录时会看到一个窗口，说他们的社交功能被封锁了。

    怎么办：不需要做什么：Blizzard 已在10月3日修复。如果窗口还是出现，关掉即可：你的社交功能并没有被封锁。

维护与重启

Beta 开放以来服务器每一次离线、重启或出问题的记录，依据 Blizzard 的公告，由新到旧。日期与时间为 UTC（北京为 UTC+8）。

      Blizzard 只在游戏中发出通知就重启了服务器，论坛上没有公告。服务器约在23:20 UTC恢复，客户端需要一次小更新。 Server shutdown incoming

      10月8日起在矿道地铁、飞行或坐船后卡住的角色又能玩了。一位 Blizzard 开发者在测试者的错误追踪上说：“It was a world server hiccup.” forever-bugs #293

常见问题

WoW Forever 现在挂了吗？

看本页最上方的方框就知道。它依据 Blizzard 在官方论坛的公告，以及 wowforeverstatus.com（一位玩家的游戏客户端每两分钟尝试登录一次），显示何时公布维护、Beta 服务器何时离线、何时恢复。如果它什么都没显示而你却无法登录，请看本页的错误说明。

WoW Forever Beta 什么时候维护？

在新版本推出的时候。到目前为止三次大更新都在星期四：9月24日没有事先通知，10月1日在前一晚公布，10月8日则提前一小时公布。Blizzard 不会很早给出时间：10月1日只提前 45 分钟通知，服务器在太平洋时间上午 11 点左右离线（UTC 18:00，北京时间凌晨 2 点）；10月8日在太平洋时间上午 8 点宣布 9 点离线（UTC 16:00，北京时间午夜 12 点）。为了稳定性而做的短暂重启可能在任何一天发生，会提前几分钟到一小时通知，例如9月22日和25日，以及10月5日和6日。

维护会持续多久？

10月8日大约五个小时：每两分钟尝试登录一次的客户端从 UTC 16:40 左右开始登录失败，到 UTC 21:40 才再次登录成功，也就是 Blizzard 宣布服务器恢复后六分钟。10月1日也大约五个小时：服务器在 UTC 18:00 左右离线，Blizzard 在 UTC 22:56 发布新版本的更新说明，之后许多测试者直到 UTC 00:30 左右都无法登录。9月24日 Blizzard 表示“至少需要几个小时”。像9月25日那样的重启只要几分钟。

Beta 什么时候结束？WoW Forever 什么时候上线？

Blizzard 让 Beta 开放到10月21日，那是最后一个完整的测试日。World of Warcraft: Forever 将于2026年11月4日上线。
