伺服器狀態 WoW Forever Beta 掛了嗎？

登不進 WoW Forever Beta？先看看伺服器是不是在維護：我們即時追蹤 Blizzard 的公告，以及一個每兩分鐘嘗試登入一次的遊戲客戶端。下方是最常見的登入錯誤與解決方法，接著是歷次維護紀錄。

登入錯誤

登入 Beta 時可能遇到的錯誤，以及每一種的處理方法。

  1. Retrieving character listCharacter not found

    10月1日的 30 級更新之後：畫面一直卡住，或讀取條在快結束時停住並顯示「Character not found」，在伺服器重新開放後持續了大約一個半小時。

    “We’re aware of and working to address an issue that appears to be preventing testers from logging into the WoW: Forever Beta.” 論壇

    怎麼辦：Blizzard 處理期間你這邊不用做什麼：測試者從 UTC 00:30 左右開始就能進入了。如果之後又發生，請關閉遊戲，讓 Battle.net 應用程式完成 Beta 的更新，再重新啟動。隔天早上測試者就是這樣解決的。

  2. You have been disconnected from the server. (BLZ51901016)

    9月17日 Beta 開放的那個晚上，以及9月24日、10月1日和10月8日伺服器為了新版本而離線的時候。測試者都在同一時間看到它：問題出在伺服器，而不是他們的電腦。10月8日在 Blizzard 宣布伺服器恢復後，它又持續了幾分鐘。

    怎麼辦：看本頁最上方的方框。如果伺服器離線，請等待 Blizzard 的消息。如果伺服器在線而錯誤仍在，請重新啟動 Battle.net 應用程式，讓它下載新版本。

  3. WOW51900319遊戲中斷線

    從9月24日的版本到隔天，有些測試者每 10 到 15 分鐘就斷線一次，還有延遲飆高。

    “We’re tracking server issues that are affecting some Beta testers, and our fix for this will almost certainly result in restarting servers today.” 論壇

    怎麼辦：你可以馬上重新登入。Blizzard 大約一小時後，在9月25日重新啟動伺服器並修正了穩定性問題。

  4. No realms available選擇一般、PvP 或角色扮演之後

    當 Beta 有新版本而你的遊戲還沒下載時：測試者在9月28日和10月2日遇過。

    怎麼辦：關閉遊戲，重新啟動 Battle.net 應用程式讓它更新 Beta，然後再登入。

  5. Realm is full斷線後的排隊

    9月26日和27日，測試者斷線後被排進隊伍，即使伺服器還有空位。

    怎麼辦：Blizzard 已於9月27日修正。

  6. Character with that name already exists重新啟動或移動途中後角色無法登入

    9月21日和22日，伺服器重新啟動時正在搭船或讀取畫面中的測試者，之後就無法再玩那個角色。10月8日更新後這個問題又出現了，影響在礦道地鐵、飛行途中、搭船或跨越區域時斷線的角色：讀取條跑滿後一直停住，直到遊戲斷線（WOW51900319），或者遊戲顯示已有同名角色。帳號裡的其他角色都能正常登入。

    “When reporting an issue like this, please provide the name of the Beta character that you’re locked out of, and if possible, the exact time you were last successfully playing the character (and got disconnected).” 論壇

    怎麼辦：現在不用做什麼：從10月9日約16:00 UTC起，這些角色就能再玩了，當時一位 Blizzard 開發者以「It was a world server hiccup.」關閉了測試者的錯誤回報。如果再發生，先用另一個角色登入，再試一次卡住的角色。如果還是不行，請依照 Blizzard 9月的要求，在論壇回報角色名稱和你最後一次遊玩的時間。

  7. Social features locked僅限澳洲測試者

    從10月1日的版本到 Blizzard 在10月3日修正為止，澳洲測試者登入時會看到一個視窗，說他們的社交功能被封鎖了。

    怎麼辦：不需要做什麼：Blizzard 已在10月3日修正。如果視窗還是出現，關掉即可：你的社交功能並沒有被封鎖。

維護與重新啟動

Beta 開放以來伺服器每一次離線、重新啟動或出問題的紀錄，依據 Blizzard 的公告，由新到舊。日期與時間為 UTC（台北為 UTC+8）。

    • 重新啟動版本 1.60.1.70334

      Blizzard 只在遊戲中發出通知就重新啟動了伺服器，論壇上沒有公告。伺服器約在23:20 UTC恢復，用戶端需要一次小更新。 Server shutdown incoming

    • 已修正

      10月8日起在礦道地鐵、飛行或搭船後卡住的角色又能玩了。一位 Blizzard 開發者在測試者的錯誤追蹤上說：「It was a world server hiccup.」 forever-bugs #293

    • 重新啟動

常見問題

WoW Forever 現在掛了嗎？

看本頁最上方的方框就知道。它依據 Blizzard 在官方論壇的公告，以及 wowforeverstatus.com（一位玩家的遊戲客戶端每兩分鐘嘗試登入一次），顯示何時公布維護、Beta 伺服器何時離線、何時恢復。如果它什麼都沒顯示而你卻無法登入，請看本頁的錯誤說明。

WoW Forever Beta 什麼時候維護？

在新版本推出的時候。到目前為止三次大更新都在星期四：9月24日沒有事先通知，10月1日在前一晚公布，10月8日則提前一小時公布。Blizzard 不會很早給出時間：10月1日只提前 45 分鐘通知，伺服器在太平洋時間上午 11 點左右離線（UTC 18:00，台北時間凌晨 2 點）；10月8日在太平洋時間上午 8 點宣布 9 點離線（UTC 16:00，台北時間午夜 12 點）。為了穩定性而做的短暫重新啟動可能在任何一天發生，會提前幾分鐘到一小時通知，例如9月22日和25日，以及10月5日和6日。

維護會持續多久？

10月8日大約五個小時：每兩分鐘嘗試登入一次的用戶端從 UTC 16:40 左右開始登入失敗，到 UTC 21:40 才再次登入成功，也就是 Blizzard 宣布伺服器恢復後六分鐘。10月1日也大約五個小時：伺服器在 UTC 18:00 左右離線，Blizzard 在 UTC 22:56 發布新版本的更新說明，之後許多測試者直到 UTC 00:30 左右都無法登入。9月24日 Blizzard 表示「至少需要幾個小時」。像9月25日那樣的重新啟動只要幾分鐘。

Beta 什麼時候結束？WoW Forever 什麼時候上市？

Blizzard 讓 Beta 開放到10月21日，那是最後一個完整的測試日。World of Warcraft: Forever 將於2026年11月4日上市。
