Restoration Druid best in slot at level

The best gear for a level 20 Druid in the WoW Forever beta, slot by slot, with stats and sources for every item. Restoration list: Healing and spell power lead, equally. Intellect decides how long you can keep casting, Spirit how quickly the bar refills once you stop. Stamina counts for very little here, and spell damage for nothing.
