Level	22–30. Classic lets you in from level 10; Forever’s minimum is not confirmed yet. Its quests can be taken from level 16.
Experience	For the Horde, its 3 quests give 19,800 XP, about 0.5 levels at level 22. Quest by quest
Drops	44 drops, 41 seen in the beta. They require level 16 to 23 and are item level 21 to 28.

These figures count the level 30 build of October 1, which halved what dungeon quests give beyond a normal quest. The beta pays these quests 2.7 times the experience Classic gave. Only the quests count here, not the kills, and a quest far below your level gives less.
