Where it comes from
Horde quest The Book of Ur, from level 16
One of three rewards to choose from at the end of The Book of Ur, with Grizzled Boots and Steel-clasped Bracers, as the beta server answers for the quest. Keeper Bel'dugur gives it in the Apothecarium of Undercity, so the mittens are Horde only.

Read from the game clients' item tables through wago.tools. Some Forever items are not in those tables: Blizzard's server sends them to the game the first time it meets one, and we read the ones our game has received from its cache. The Forever client's stat amounts, armor and weapon damage are computed from its item level budgets the way the game computes them. Names, icons and item data © Blizzard Entertainment.
