Balance Druid PvE best in slot at level

The best gear for a level 20 Druid in the WoW Forever beta, slot by slot, with stats and sources for every item. Balance PvE list: Arcane damage for Moonfire and Starfire, with spell power worth as much and nature damage good for Wrath alone. Then Intellect. Between two equal pieces the leather one wins, for the armor, and Stamina sits near the bottom.
