Elemental Shaman PvE best in slot at level

The best gear for a level 20 Shaman in the WoW Forever beta, slot by slot, with stats and sources for every item. Elemental PvE list: Nature damage and spell power at the top, for Lightning Bolt. Then Intellect, which is how many bolts you get before you have to sit down. Leather over cloth when the stats match, for the armor. Stamina counts little, healing not at all.
