Restoration Shaman best in slot at level

The best gear for a level 20 Shaman in the WoW Forever beta, slot by slot, with stats and sources for every item. Restoration list: Healing and spell power above everything, then Intellect for how much mana there is and Spirit for what comes back between fights. Stamina is worth something, spell damage nothing.
