Enhancement Shaman PvE best in slot at level

The best gear for a level 20 Shaman in the WoW Forever beta, slot by slot, with stats and sources for every item. Enhancement PvE list: One weapon, as large as it gets: the shaman cannot dual wield, so every swing is that weapon's damage and a slow weapon beats a fast one. Then Strength, then Intellect: a point of Strength gives 2 attack power, and Mental Dexterity 3/3 turns a point of Intellect into 1 with its mana beside it. Agility comes after them, since it only adds critical strike.
