Paladin Tank best in slot at level

The best gear for a level 20 Paladin in the WoW Forever beta, slot by slot, with stats and sources for every item. Tank list: Spell power first: in Forever a paladin's threat is holy damage (Seal of Fury, Consecration, Holy Strike, all raised by Righteous Fury), and Seal of Fury's shield absorbs half of it. Then Stamina and armor: mail over leather where the stats are close, and a shield, which Seal of Fury needs for its absorb. Defense after them.
