Warrior Tank best in slot at level

The best gear for a level 20 Warrior in the WoW Forever beta, slot by slot, with stats and sources for every item. Tank list: Armor and Stamina first, then Defense. On the weapon the slowest swing wins: Heroic Strike adds the same damage whatever the speed, so a slow one-hander is more threat for the same rage.
