Where it comes from

  • Quest: An Unholy Alliance

Horde, level 36 in Classic, from level 28

  • A Horde quest from Varimathras in Undercity

An Unholy Alliance starts with a Small Scroll that Charlga Razorflank, the last boss of Razorfen Kraul, always drops: take it to Varimathras in Undercity. He then sends you to kill Ambassador Malcin, a level 36 elite who waits outside Razorfen Downs, in the south of the Barrens. The quest opens at level 28, so at level 30 take a group. You get only one of its four rewards: Skullbreaker, Zealot's Robe, the Nail Spitter gun or Cultist's Chestguard, which Forever added. A reader of this site pointed it out on October 3.

Other ranged items of this level

Read from the game clients' item tables through wago.tools. Some Forever items are not in those tables: Blizzard's server sends them to the game the first time it meets one, and we read the ones our game has received from its cache. The Forever client's stat amounts, armor and weapon damage are computed from its item level budgets the way the game computes them. Names, icons and item data © Blizzard Entertainment.
