Four Raptor Mastery quests, Stranglethorn Vale
Hemet Nesingwary, at his expedition in northern Stranglethorn Vale, gives four Raptor Mastery quests in a row, each open from level 28: kill 10 Stranglethorn Raptors (level 33 to 34), 10 Lashtail Raptors (35 to 36), 10 Jungle Stalkers (40 to 41), then Tethis, a level 43 elite raptor, and bring back its talon. The last quest gives this tunic. At level 30 the Jungle Stalkers and Tethis are ten levels above you: it takes a strong group, and few pieces on these lists are harder to get. A reader pointed it out on October 4. This is the chain as Classic had it: we have not checked it in the beta.
Read from the game clients' item tables through wago.tools. Some Forever items are not in those tables: Blizzard's server sends them to the game the first time it meets one, and we read the ones our game has received from its cache.
