Boulderfist ogres, Arathi Highlands
The Forever database has these gauntlets from Boulderfist Ogres and Boulderfist Enforcers, level 32 to 34, about once in eighty kills. They bind when equipped, so you can also buy them at the auction house. Not checked in the beta.
