Where it comes from
Captain Gerogg Hammertoe, the rare of Bael Modan
A reader of this site told us on October 6 that a rare dwarf captain of the Bael Modan excavation, in the south of the Barrens, drops it. That is most likely Captain Gerogg Hammertoe, a level 27 rare elite in Classic with one spawn there: sightings put him around 49, 84, and Classic had 21 to 32 hours between two. Not checked in the beta.
