Band of the Better Half
Confirmed in gameSent by Blizzard's server to players in the beta: these are the numbers the game shows. They can still change before release. Why Blizzard hides items
Epic, Finger, Miscellaneous, item level 70, requires level 60, item 284716. All items
New in Forever: the Classic Era client has no item with this id.
How to get it
Nobody has found where it drops yet: no player has reported one in the beta, and no database lists a source for it. It is the epic half of the Partners in Crime set, whose other ring drops in the Deadmines.
What is known
- The other ring of the set, the First Mate Band, drops from Mr. Smite in the Deadmines, from level 17.
- This ring asks for level 60 and has item level 70, the level of raid gear: expect it from level 60 content, which the beta does not reach.
- Worn together, the two rings give +20 Strength and a chance on each swing to become Angry, +50 Strength for 10 seconds.
Not known yet
- Which creature, quest or vendor gives it.
Checked on September 27, 2026: the Forever beta client (build 1.60.1.70009) holds the ring and its set but no loot table; Wowhead’s Forever database has no source for it either.

Read from the game clients' item tables through wago.tools. Some Forever items are not in those tables: Blizzard's server sends them to the game the first time it meets one, and we read the ones our game has received from its cache. The Forever client's stat amounts, armor and weapon damage are computed from its item level budgets the way the game computes them. Names, icons and item data © Blizzard Entertainment.
