Seared Grove Shoulderpads
Confirmed in gameSent by Blizzard's server to players in the beta: these are the numbers the game shows. They can still change before release. Why Blizzard hides items
Rare, Shoulder, Cloth, item level 30, requires level 25, item 284399. All items
New in Forever: the Classic Era client has no item with this id.
Where it comes from
Sister Riven, the rare harpy of the Charred Vale
A reader of this site told us on October 2 that a rare harpy of the Charred Vale, in Stonetalon Mountains, dropped these shoulderpads. In Classic that harpy is Sister Riven, a level 28 rare elite with one spawn: the Classic database puts her around 30, 69, with ten to sixteen hours between two. Another reader wrote on October 2 that a rare chimera of Stonetalon dropped them: Classic has no rare chimera there, so it may be a creature the beta adds. Not checked in the beta.

Read from the game clients' item tables through wago.tools. Some Forever items are not in those tables: Blizzard's server sends them to the game the first time it meets one, and we read the ones our game has received from its cache. The Forever client's stat amounts, armor and weapon damage are computed from its item level budgets the way the game computes them. Names, icons and item data © Blizzard Entertainment.
