Shaman quest The Tempest's Weapons, from level 30
The last of five shaman quests that start with Call of Air at level 30: from Eldrun Stormbreaker in Ironforge for the Alliance, from Prate Cloudseer in Thousand Needles for the Horde. You choose Rage of the Storm, Tidebringer's Claw or Lightning's Grasp, plus a shield.
