Arathi Armbands
Confirmed in gameFrom the beta client, and the game shows the same numbers. They can still change before release. Why Blizzard hides items
Uncommon, Wrist, Leather, item level 40, item 270080. All items
New in Forever: the Classic Era client has no item with this id.
Where it comes from
Wanted! Otto and Falconcrest, Refuge Pointe, Arathi Highlands
The quest starts at the Wanted Board of Refuge Pointe, in Arathi Highlands, and opens at level 30. It asks for the heads of Otto, a level 38 elite, and Lord Falconcrest, a level 40 elite, in Classic: at level 30, go with a strong group. Forever added these armbands to its rewards, beside Rod of Sorrow and War Rider Bracers, and the Forever database lists them. This is the quest as Classic had it: we have not checked it in the beta.

Read from the game clients' item tables through wago.tools. Some Forever items are not in those tables: Blizzard's server sends them to the game the first time it meets one, and we read the ones our game has received from its cache. The Forever client's stat amounts, armor and weapon damage are computed from its item level budgets the way the game computes them. Names, icons and item data © Blizzard Entertainment.
