Quest Objectives
Acquire the items requested by the customer and deliver them to the location marked on your map. This writ must be in your possession to complete the transaction.
Description
<Penned in faded ink, the note is requesting 1 Ornate Spyglass, along with information about delivery location and payment. At the bottom appears text denoting this writ is transferable.>
When you come back
Whoa! I almost didn't see you there. I might have seen you coming sooner if a damned engineer would at last deliver my order.
When you hand it in
Oh. Oh! You're the engineer? I suppose at the very least you are the delivery boy in any case.
Please hand over the spyglass. I have little time and many things to inspect.
