Mature Fel Moss
Description
Lord Melenas did not act alone; he was at the behest of another. The one you seek is Xethorr the Wicked. It seems he has twisted the spiders that call Teldrassil home, intending their venom for some foul plan.
He has taken residence deep in the forest, in the area to the northwest of here known as the Cleft. Take caution, and bring allies, for Xethorr is not an opponent to be trifled with.
Dispatch his brood, and bring me anything that may tell us more of the satyr's work here.
Rewards
You will receive:
Money: 100 gold, 10 silver, 0 copperExperience: 1,150
- +150 reputation with Darnassus
When you come back
<Tallonkai lowers his voice.>
Does Xethorr still walk freely?
When you hand it in
I should have known this was being used to twist the spiders of this land.
I have heard whispers of this substance being the source of much of the corruption plaguing us. Though this is not the original, it is an older sample and may yield more information than what we have obtained so far.
Normally I would have you send this to Darnassus for further study. However, it is best we kept this quiet for the moment, or Dolanaar will never recover its reputation.
I trust you to do the same.
