Serpentbloom

A level 18 quest for the Horde, from level 14.

Changed in Forever. Pays 20s instead of 10s. Gives 3,300 experience instead of 1,350, 2.44 times as much. New rewards: Heat Resistant Mitts, Safety Boots. Read from what the game server sent in the beta. Its experience counts the level 30 build, which halved what dungeon quests give beyond a normal quest.

Apothecary Zamah in Thunder Bluff wants you to collect 10 Serpentbloom.

Description

The Royal Apothecary Society, based in the great Undercity of Lordaeron, has sent me here for a very specific service, ‹name›. Perhaps you wish to aid me, and in turn The Dark Lady in our efforts to advance the Forsaken.

Recently I studied a rare specimen of flora named Serpentbloom. I believe in greater quantities this herb has great potential.

Unfortunately Serpentbloom can only be found in the darkest recesses of the Wailing Caverns, a dangerous cave system located in the Barrens.

When you come back

I am eager to see if you can gather enough Serpentbloom from the Wailing Caverns. I've sent many to do my bidding but none have returned.

When you hand it in

Ah, splendid specimens. You have done well, ‹name›.
