- Take the Skyborne Portal to Stormwind
Description
Its a big world down here, and we need our people to start branching out to explore it. That's where you come in.
The Kirin Tor is a member of an "Alliance" of like-minded nations. The de-facto heart of this alliance is the city of Stormwind to the south. Elaadrin has asked me to find someone to travel to Stormwind and meet with the regent lord there, a human named Bolvar Fordragon.
When you are ready, the Kirin Tor mages have set up a special portal for the High Order to use to access Stormwind.
When you hand it in
Well met, ‹class›. I am Bolvar Fordragon, regent to the throne of Stormwind.
A Kirin Tor messenger told me to expect an emissary from the High Order, and here you stand. It's been some time since a high elf has stood in this throne room, but I am glad to accept you now as a guest.
On behalf of the King, I welcome you to Stormwind and give you leave to travel freely through alliance lands. Welcome to Azeroth, Skyborne.
