Acquire the items requested by the customer and deliver them to the location marked on your map. This writ must be in your possession to complete the transaction.
Description
<Penned in faded ink, the note is requesting $2oa Ornate Spyglass, along with information about delivery location and payment. At the bottom appears text denoting this writ is transferable.>
When you come back
Whoa! I almost didn't see you there. I might have seen you coming sooner if a damned engineer would at last deliver my order.
When you hand it in
Oh. Oh! You're the engineer? I suppose at the very least you are the delivery boy in any case.
Please hand over the spyglass. I have little time and many things to inspect.
