Index Esoteria
Description
Fillion was sent to the Overlook Standing Stones with a special device used to measure and study the elemental energy there.
Take this--an Index Esoteria--and use it to extract data from the massive windstone formations that form there. Be on your guard however, as the Windshapers are likely to be jealously guarding this site now.
Should any attempt to obstruct you, well... do what you need to do. I have no more patience for their interference.

When you come back
It's often difficult for me to establish a distinction between the Windshapers and the Al'Aketh, save that one is more overtly violent than the other. Equally slavish to their misplaced beliefs, they are both equally dangerous if left to their own devices.
They see our desire to better understand this realm and its magic as a desecration of their traditions. Their small-mindedness is why our mission is so important. If not us, who will have the courage to save Zephras?
When you hand it in
It would not have been my preference to spill Windshaper blood but the blame for this pointless conflict rests solely on their shoulders. We sought to peacefully gather information, and they responded with violence.
Unfortunately, word has spread and the Windshapers are already calling it a 'massacre'. They wouldn't dare to retaliate here in Valanaar, but they will certainly not forget.
‹name›, you have been of tremendous aid to the High Order. Thank you.
