Forbidden Knowledge

A level 40 quest for both factions, from level 30.

Unchanged in Forever as far as is known: the text, objectives and rewards below are Classic’s.

Quest Objectives

Bring Yagyin's Digest to Theldurin.

Yagyin's Digest

Provided: Yagyin's Digest

Description

I have the digest for you, ‹name›. I need not tell you to take great care with it. And to keep it far from unfriendly hands.

This book holds many truths...

...And the truth can burn.

Rewards

You will receive:

Skull of Impending Doom

Experience: 2,350

When you come back

Ho! You were gone a long time. Did you get the digest?

When you hand it in

You got it! Oh, hope glimmers!

Your efforts may yet save us, ‹name›. A monument they should make of you! A shrine they should build! May your name be praised until your grandchildren have grandchildren!

Unless...THEY are freed and rise to the surface. If that happens then you can forget about children.

If THEY are freed, then we're all worm food.
