A level 26 quest for both factions, from level 15.

Changed in Forever. Gives 5,150 experience instead of 2,650, 1.94 times as much. Read from what the game server sent in the beta. Its experience counts the level 30 build, which halved what dungeon quests give beyond a normal quest.

Description

The shard is a brilliant green, and although solid, what looks like smoke swirls just below the surface. You can't help staring into the depths of the crystal; at the same time, you know there is something very disturbing about it.
