In Classic it falls from creatures of about its own level anywhere, a fraction of a percent each. Not checked in the beta.
Read from the game clients' item tables through wago.tools. Some Forever items are not in those tables: Blizzard's server sends them to the game the first time it meets one, and we read the ones our game has received from its cache. The Forever client's stat amounts, armor and weapon damage are computed from its item level budgets the way the game computes them. Names, icons and item data © Blizzard Entertainment.
