Where it comes from
Four quests for "Sea Wolf" MacKinley, Booty Bay
"Sea Wolf" MacKinley, in Booty Bay, gives four quests in a row, each open from level 30: Scaring Shaky (giblets from Elder Mistvale Gorillas, level 40 to 41), Return to MacKinley, Voodoo Dues (Maury "Club Foot" Wilkins, Jon-Jon the Crow and Chucky "Ten Thumbs", level 43 to 44, in the Ruins of Aboraz and Jubuwal), then Cracking Maury's Foot, a level 44 elite quest: Maury's Key drops from the ogres of the Mosh'Ogg Ogre Mound, level 41 to 45 elites. In Forever this last quest lets you choose Seadog's Battered Cuffs, Beggar's Leggings or Collection Plate. At level 30 the whole chain is ten levels or more above you: it takes a strong group, and few pieces on these lists are harder to get. A reader pointed it out on October 13. The steps are Classic's: we have not checked them in the beta.

Read from the game clients' item tables through wago.tools. Some Forever items are not in those tables: Blizzard's server sends them to the game the first time it meets one, and we read the ones our game has received from its cache. The Forever client's stat amounts, armor and weapon damage are computed from its item level budgets the way the game computes them. Names, icons and item data © Blizzard Entertainment.
