Where it comes from
Wanted! Marez Cowl, Refuge Pointe, Arathi Highlands
The quest starts at the Wanted Board of Refuge Pointe, in Arathi Highlands, and opens at level 30. It asks for the head of Marez Cowl, a level 40 elite in Classic: at level 30, go with a strong group. You get only one of its rewards: Arcane Runed Bracers, or Wild Headdress and Stromgarde Bracers, which Forever added. This is the quest as Classic had it: we have not checked it in the beta.
