Where it comes from

  • Drops from the Dust Devils of Westfall

The Dust Devils of Westfall, level 18 to 19, drop it about once in five kills in Classic. Two rares carry it too, in Tirisfal Glades and Elwynn Forest. Not checked in the beta.

Read from the game clients' item tables through wago.tools. Some Forever items are not in those tables: Blizzard's server sends them to the game the first time it meets one, and we read the ones our game has received from its cache. The Forever client's stat amounts, armor and weapon damage are computed from its item level budgets the way the game computes them. Names, icons and item data © Blizzard Entertainment.
